Refund policy

To start an exchange or return, you can contact us at info@bowandarrowoutdoors.com and notate return item in the memo. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We allow returns for store credit only. You have 30 days from fulfillment to return all eligible items. The credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Your store credit never expires. When returning your item, please include the packing slip with all eligible items that are being returned. Items returned that are not listed on the returned packing slip will not be calculated in your store credit, as well as, items send back without first requesting a return. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email with a code containing your amount of store credit.  

We are a small start-up business and with each sale we are investing in the next round of inventory. If your receive and item that is the wrong size, damaged or any other issue we are happy to offer store credit or assit with a new item. As we grow we will look to add refunds for our customers. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NonExchangeable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
