Processing time

Please allow 4-5 days for processing from the time of order to the time of shipping. Please make sure you have the correct information entered at checkout. We are not responsible for missing items or delays due to incorrect information.

We use USPS for all United States orders.  

Return & Exchanges

Returns

To initiate a return please email info@bowandarrowoutdoors.com and in the memo notate return item. 

We allow returns for store credit only. You have 30 days from fulfillment to return all eligible items. The credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Your store credit never expires. When returning your item, please include the packing slip with all eligible items that are being returned. Items returned that are not listed on the returned packing slip will not be calculated in your store credit. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email with a code containing the amount of credit. 

We are a small start-up business and with each sale we are investing in the next round of inventory. If your receive and item that is the wrong size, damaged or any other issue we are happy to offer store credit or assit with a new item. As we grow we will look to add refunds for our customers. Thank you for understanding and supporting us!

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for returning the item in its original condition.
