16 CFR Part 1610, Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles - All fabrics are exempt from flammability due to weight, but we have tested the surface application of C6DWR water repellant finish for flammability. We are providing a test result DNI “Did Not Ignite” before and after dry cleaning and washing. Fabric is classified as a Class 1 Normal textile and is acceptable for use in clothing.
15 U.S.C. § 1278a or Sec. 101 of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008, Pub. L. No. 110-314 (CPSIA,) - Due to the surface application of C6DWR water repellant finish, we’ve provided a test result “Not Applicable” which indicates no presence of lead in the surface treatment.
16 CFR Part 1303, - Metal Snaps for garment back pockets and all components of zippers have been tested for lead in substrates and surface coating with a provided test result ND “not detected” or within reasonable limits of 100PPM or less.
